Gather non-GMO Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon ground oats
- 1 teaspoon 100% pure raw honey
- 1 teaspoon thick unsweetened yogurt
Mix, Apply and Relax
Mix honey and yogurt until thoroughly blended; fold in the oats. Apply mixture generously to your face, creating an even-layered mask, taking care to avoid sensitive skin around eyes. Get comfortable, relax and let sit for 15 minutes. The mask will stiffen slightly as it dries.
Rinse, Reflect, Repeat
Remove mask by rinsing with warm water; for extra exfoliation, using small amount of water, gently massage face with fingertips before rinsing completely. Repeat and follow with favorite toner and moisturizer if needed.
