Jeff Bos is the Chief Operating and Financial Officer at the Non-GMO Project in Bellingham, Washington. Jeff is also a facilitator/coach for the Global Alliance for Banking on Values’ Leadership Academy in partnership with MIT and the Presencing Institute. In 2015, Jeff was one of five Mel King Community Fellows at MIT’s CoLab.
Before this role, Jeff was the Director of People Innovation & Impact at Vancity Credit Union in Vancouver, Canada, a community-focused, values-based credit union. During his 6 years with Vancity, Jeff also held the position of Director of Enterprise Compliance and Security and lead a large IT project. Prior to joining Vancity in 2010, Jeff was a founding partner of a sustainable ski manufacturing company in Vancouver. He has over 10 years experience in the financial services sector.
Jeff holds an MBA in Sustainable Business from the Bainbridge Graduate Institute in Seattle, WA and an honors degree in Biology and Economics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada. Jeff’s current area of interest is the intersection between values-based leadership, food-systems disruption, and heart-centered wisdom traditions.
