A gluten-free, vegan and  dairy-free treat you can prep and store for those sweet cravings.

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut palm sugar or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons raw cacao nibs
  • 3 tablespoons goji berries
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt


Cream almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt together in a bowl. Pour mixture into a small baking dish lined with parchment paper. Top with raw cacao nibs and goji berries and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Once frozen, carefully remove frozen candy by lifting ends of parchment paper. Cut candy into 1-inch squares and store in freezer separated by parchment paper. Makes 20 bite-size candies.
