  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup dry gluten free breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small apple, peeled and grated
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • Boston Bibb lettuce leaves
  • Chopped avocado
  • Chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup Annie’s Organic French Dressing


Annie's Gluten-Free Turkey Sliders

Preheat the grill to medium-high and grease the grate well.

In a large bowl, gently combine the ground turkey with breadcrumbs, egg, apple, green onions, mustard, salt and pepper. Once combined, divide the mixture into 12 portions to form 12 individual patties. Grill the patties, turning only once, for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until just cooked through and well-marked. Serve each slider in a lettuce leaf and top with avocado and red onion. Finish each slider with a 2 tsp drizzle of Annie’s Organic French Dressing and serve!
